** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and oversee all retail financing activity—from quoting and credit to funding, delivery, and end-of-term processes
* Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team while partnering closely with Sales and leadership
* Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners, while identifying new financing solutions for customers
* Analyze performance, ensure compliance, deliver clear reporting, and continuously improve how we work
** What You’ll Bring
*** A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, plus 4+ years of experience in commercial finance and leasing, preferably with heavy equipment
* Strong analytical skills, experience working with large data sets, and the ability to explain complex financing clearly and confidently
