Arcis Golf is looking for a candidate that displays strong financial acumen, high technical aptitude, and a propensity for complex problem solving.

The primary responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst are to provide support for executive leadership and operations teams in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial analysis.  Other responsibilities include the expansion and implementation of new and existing business intelligence tools.  This role will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Review financial results for 60+ golf courses and country clubs, analyzing actual results vs budget, forecast, and prior year
* Lead annual budgeting process in conjunction with senior operations leaders
* Assist with preparation of quarterly presentations for external reporting
* Sustain and distribute weekly financial reports
* Develop automated and sustainable reporting by utilizing business intelligence tools (Anaplan, Tableau, Power

BI)
* Periodically participate in quality assurance audits of key data points
* Advance organization-wide data governance policies and procedures
* Create ad-hoc reporting on special projects as needed
* Contribute to new acquisition due diligence

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance related positions
* Self-starter
* Intellectual curiosity for solving complex business problems
* Ability to translate technical solutions to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner
* Strategic and analytical thinker with high-level communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* High degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
* Strong Excel skills preferred
* Anaplan, Tableau, Power

BI, or other similar experience preferred
* Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
