Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate federal, state, and local income tax filings across multiple entity types
• Calculate and support quarterly and annual tax estimates and related deliverables
• Prepare supporting work papers and reconcile differences between financial reporting and tax reporting
• Conduct tax research and communicate findings in a clear, practical way
• Support tax examinations/audits, including documentation and issue follow‑up with taxing authorities
• Monitor tax law developments and help assess impacts to filings and internal processes
• Maintain a detailed tax compliance calendar to ensure deadlines are consistently met
