A well‑capitalized, investor‑sponsored digital infrastructure platform has created a new CFO role to serve as the senior financial leader for a newly launched operating division. This is a highly visible mandate for a finance executive who can own the economic narrative, partner directly with investors and the board, and buildุม finance organization capable of supporting scale in a capital‑intensive, margin‑sensitive environment.

You will be the CFO for a platform business—embedding finance into every strategic decision, shaping pricing and cost structures, and ensuring the business is run to investor‑grade standards from day one. You’ll sit at the center of leadership discussions, translating operational complexity into clear financial insights, unit economics, and capital allocation frameworks that resonate with sophisticated stakeholders.

• Own and evolve the financial model, multi‑year plan, and AOP, aligned with investor return expectations
• Deliver board‑level reporting, investment cases, and scenario analyses
• Shape the narrative around growth χώρα capital deployment, returns, and free cash flow
• Partner closely with procurement and operations on supplier strategy, cost optimization, and demand planning
• Oversee capex governance, liquidity strategy, and cash flow forecasting
• Stand up end‑to‑end finance operations, controls, and KPIs appropriate for a scaled, investor‑backed platform
• Build and lead a lean but senior finance team, while leveraging shared services for accounting, systems, and procurement

• Strong command of pricing, unit economics, margin frameworks, and capex‑driven financial models
• A background in private equity‑backed, sponsor‑led, or high‑growth environments
• Experience standing up or professionalizing accounting and finance in new platforms, carve‑outs, or scale phases
