Connecting tax, treasury and senior finance professionals to Fortune 500 companiesWe are seeking an accomplished treasury leader to oversee global cash management operations and drive strategic initiatives that support enterprise-wide financial objectives. Reporting directly to the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, this role will manage liquidity planning, capital structure, and risk mitigation while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global treasury strategy, including liquidity planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Oversee cash management operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments across all regions.
- Manage intercompany settlements and optimize global bank account structures to minimize FX exposure and transaction costs.
- Review investment opportunities and advise on strategies aligned with corporate policies.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A on forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term planning.
- Lead ERP and treasury technology initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal audit standards for treasury-related activities.
- Collaborate with SEC Reporting on disclosures related to cash, investments, and foreign exchange.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate services to optimize cost and performance.
- Provide guidance on complex transactions, including capital structure, debt, and FX hedging programs.
- Mentor and develop treasury team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of treasury experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in global liquidity management, FX risk mitigation, and capital markets.
- Experience with ERP systems and treasury workstations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
