* Conduct day-to-day operations under the policy direction of CEO and board of directors.
* Educate and develop personnel.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum of 10-20 years relevant industry and management experience.
* Strong financial and regulatory expertise with the banking industry.
* Strong negotiation skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong financial analytical and underwriting skills.
* Experience managing within a matrix organizational structure.
* Extensive leadership versatility and an ability to relate with and understand varying mindsets within a diverse organization.
* Ability to manage a wide range of projects.
* Complex thinking capacity and skills.
* Knowledge of loan participation.
