Public Finance Lawyer

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate or Counsel to join their Public Finance Team in Dallas, Texas! This group is widely recognized for advising on financing matters for state and local governmental entities, including municipal bonds, notes, and other obligations across the U.S. and its territories.

• Advise clients on tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions for public infrastructure and capital improvement projects.
• Handle debt offerings and business transactions for school districts, junior college districts, cities, counties, and special-purpose districts.
• Support team collaboration and client relationships with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

• 2-5 years of transactional experience in public finance and municipal bond financing.
• Active Texas Bar membership or the ability to become licensed in Texas.
• Strong background in public finance laws, tax codes, and regulatory considerations.
