Theidealcandidatewillhavedeepexperienceinmulti-unitrestaurantfinance,M&A,financial restructuring,and driving

EBITDAgrowthinaprivateequity-backed environment.

• Developandexecutefinancialstrategiesthatmaximizetheperformanceofrestaurantportfoliocompanieswhilealigningwiththefund’sinvestmentobjectives.
• Provideoversightandguidancetoportfoliocompany
  
  CFOs,ensuringfinancialdiscipline,operational efficiency,andcompliancewith
  
  PE expectations.
• Establishfinancialcontrols,reporting structures,andforecastingmodelsacrossallportfoliocompanies.
• Serveastheprimaryfinancialliaisonbetweenthefundandrestaurantbrand
  
  CFOs,ensuringclearcommunicationoffinancialexpectationsandkeyperformancemetrics.
• Partnerwithportfoliocompany
  
  CFOstooptimizefinancialperformance,improve margins,andenhancecashflow.
• Monitorfinancialhealthacrossbrands,identifying risks,inefficiencies,andopportunitiesforrevenuegrowth.
• Leadcapitalallocationstrategiesacrosstherestaurantportfolio,includinginvestmentprioritization,refinancing,andworkingcapitalmanagement.
• Support
  
  CFOsinimprovinguniteconomics,pricing strategies,andcostcontrolstodriveprofitability.
• Leadfinancialduediligence,modeling,andintegrationforrestaurantacquisitions,divestitures,androll-ups.
• Evaluateandexecutegrowthstrategies,includingnewstoredevelopment,franchise expansion,andstrategicexits.
• Developplaybooksforpost-merger integration,ensuringseamlessfinancialandoperationaltransitions.

• Prepareandpresentfinancialreports,forecasts,andperformanceinsightstoprivateequitypartners,lenders,and investors.
• Supportfundraisingandcapitaldeploymentefforts,workingcloselywithinvestmentteamsonfinancingstructures.
• Overseedebtcompliance,covenant monitoring,andcapitalstructureoptimization.

• Implement standard
  
  KPIs,benchmarking,andreportingacrossportfoliocompaniestomeasurefinancialsuccess.
• Developandrefinebudgetingandforecastingprocessesatboththefundandportfoliocompanylevels.
• Ensurefinancialreportingconsistencyandaccuracy,driving data-driven decision-makingacrosstheorganization.

• Education:Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Finance,Accounting,orrelatedfield;
  
  MBAand/orCPAstronglypreferred.
• Experience:15+yearsofprogressivefinanceleadershipexperience,withatleast5yearsinaprivateequity-backed multi-unitrestaurantorretailenvironment.
• Experiencemanagingmultiple
  
  CFOsacrossadiverseportfolioofrestaurantorconsumer-facing brands.
• Strongexpertiseinrestaurantuniteconomics,franchising,andcorporatefinance.
• Deepknowledgeoffinancialmodeling,valuation,capital markets,andM&Aexecution.

• Provenabilitytodrivefinancialandoperationalimprovementsacrossmultiplebusinessunits.
• Strongleadershipandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoinfluence
