As a Global Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Sustainable Solutions team, you'll join the Corporate Advisory where your diverse perspective will help promote innovation for our clients. In this nine‑week program, you'll receive comprehensive training, hands‑on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and development opportunities through meaningful projects that challenge you and build your skills.

• Combine market, energy, and sustainability data to help clients identify opportunities, mitigate risks and drive community growth
• Develop client‑facing presentations and thought leadership that provide differentiated advice and insights at the intersection of capital markets, energy and sustainability
• Learn how we support the growth of our clients and communities
• Analyze market, energy, and sustainability data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory
• Participate in client transactions – including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets deals with a focus on sustainability and energy – working closely with senior leaders from initial pitch through to closing
• Develop innovative solutions to address complex, real‑world business challenges
• Strengthen your technical skills in corporate finance

• Fluency in English
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 from a bachelor's or master's program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Demonstrated energy and commitment to building a career at the intersection of energy, sustainability, and financial markets
• Strong analytical, accounting, finance, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
• Self‑directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
• Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in fast‑paced environments

A strong interest in investment banking is essential, as are analytical and quantitative abilities. Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment is also important. Attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a well‑rounded academic background are highly valued. And while a degree in Finance, Business or Economics is not required, a solid level of numeracy is essential.
