Title: Auditor

• Conduct and support compliance audits focused on consumer protection regulations and internal policies.
• Assess consumer compliance risks across business units and processes.
• Develop and execute detailed audit programs tailored regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement data analytics techniques to test compliance effectiveness.
• Analyze audit findings to detect potential compliance issues or control gaps.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings to discuss audit outcomes and collaborate on remediation strategies.
• Maintain and execute a continuous monitoring program to track industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Stay informed on evolving consumer compliance regulations and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate regulatory and non-regulatory issues.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of consumer compliance laws and standards to audit activities.
• Support the enhancement of audit methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.

• Strong knowledge of consumer compliance regulations (e.g., ECOA, TILA, HMDA, UDAAP, FCRA)
• Experience in developing and executing audit programs
• Ability to assess compliance risks and control effectiveness
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS, ACL, Power BI)
• Skilled in analyzing large datasets to identify compliance issues
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and presentations
• Experience with continuous monitoring programs
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends

Pay Range: $$28/hr to $32/hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
