Join IQ‑EQ as a Senior Associate in Private Equity Fund Accounting. IQ‑EQ provides end‑to‑end administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance services to the investment sector worldwide for a portfolio of 13 of the world’s top‑15 private equity firms. The team is global, operating across 25 jurisdictions, and the company serves assets under administration exceeding US $750 billion. You will be working directly with leading private‑equity and hedge‑fund firms under the direction of industry veterans. Your responsibilities include assisting, performing, and reviewing fund‑level accounting and reporting tasks and collaborating with the team to meet client expectations.

• Support IQ‑EQ client leads across multiple private‑equity funds in diverse industries.
• Collaborate with your manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time.
• Apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review key financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year‑end processes, assist with onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

• The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($70,000–$90,000
  ).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Over 3 years of experience in private equity or a related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge and advanced proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and preferably Investran.
• Exceptional client service skills with professional communication in all interactions.
• Team collaboration, constructive feedback, and effective prioritization under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed and consistent delivery of high‑quality work under pressure.
