Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading global Debt Asset Manager based in Dallas, TX. The team is looking to grow their asset management team, and is looking to bring on a Sr. Analyst OR Associate with experience in hotel asset management or investments to help manage a portfolio of mixed asset types.

• Support the portfolio of a high volume of complex real estate loans.
• Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams.
• Review loan agreements and monitor covenants.
• Analyze property and portfolio level financials.
• Prepare and maintain financial projections.

• 1-4 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)
• Exposure to multifamily OR office assets
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, and team player
