This role leads the financial reporting and consolidation process across multiple entities, including broker‑dealers, a crypto firm, and a marketing firm. It oversees accounting and FP&A teams, manages audits, regulatory correspondence, and ensures strong financial controls and compliance with rules and regulations. The position also contributes to system implementations, policy enhancements, and strategic financial planning.

• Establish, enhance, and manage financial reporting for multiple entities, including broker‑dealers, futures business, and crypto products.
• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for all entities.
• Collaborate across multiple departments.
• Manage, maintain, and enhance policies, procedures, and controls within the finance department.
• Manage financial and regulatory audits, coordinating with outside auditors, regulators, and state agencies.
• Manage parent’s consolidation close process.
• Apply regulatory reporting experience from broker‑dealer environments.
• Lead, supervise, and develop accounting staff.
• Contribute to organizational projects.
• Identify issues and improve department efficiency.
• Manage relationships and coordination with headquarters.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in brokerage firms, futures, and crypto businesses.
• Strong understanding of interrelated systems vs accounting reporting systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of various asset classes such as equities, futures, and cryptocurrencies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Base pay will depend on job‑related factors and is expected to range from $120,000 to $180,000. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus participation.
