** Senior Relationship Manager**, you’ll focus on growing direct revenue, retaining high-net-worth client relationships, and expanding business within your portfolio. You’ll align with clients’ sophisticated financial needs, investment objectives, and the organization’s strategies, while actively building the client base through networking, community involvement, and exceptional relationship management.

** Hold a bachelor’s degree and/or advanced certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, or JD.
* ** Wealth management expertise:
** Bring 15+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning.
* ** Investment knowledge:
** Possess comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies to address the needs of sophisticated high-net-worth clients.
* ** Financially savvy:
** Demonstrate strong financial analysis skills to provide expert advice on complex and high-value client relationships.
* ** Relationship builder:
** Excel in building and maintaining relationships, with the ability to make persuasive recommendations tailored to client needs.
* ** Confident communicator:
** Thrive in presenting to small or large groups, with excellent writing skills to craft professional proposals and presentations.
* ** Strategic negotiator:
** Leverage advanced negotiating and influencing skills to identify opportunities for business development.
* ** Service-oriented:
** Operate with professionalism, sound judgment, and a focus on client success.
* ** Risk aware:
** Maintain a thorough understanding of operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
* A proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships.
* Expertise in investment and wealth advisory services.
