Private Equity Senior Associate

We are partnering with a Dallas-headquartered middle-market private equity firm to hire a Senior Associate to join their investment team. The firm is a generalist investor focused on control investments in entrepreneur, and family-owned businesses, including management buyouts and platform acquisitions.

This is an on-site role based in Dallas, TX
, and relocation is required.

• Evaluate and execute control-oriented private equity investments across a broad range of industries
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
• Support all aspects of the deal process including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and execution
• Work closely with management teams and advisors throughout transactions
• Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives post-investment

• 4-5 years of total experience
  , ideally with a traditional 2+2 background
• 1-3 years of sell-side M&A investment banking experience
• 2+ years of private equity investing experience
• Strong experience with control buyouts and full-cycle deal execution
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on investment environment
• Willing and able to relocate to Dallas, TX
