Global investment firm with $100b AUM looking to add an Fund Accounting Manager. The position is part of a dedicated team of professionals responsible for all facets of the fund accounting, corporate finance, financial reporting and investor relations functions.

• Oversee day to day fund accounting and operations for investment funds, ensuring accurate NAVs, capital activity, cash reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
• Review work prepared by fund administrators and internal staff and serve as the primary contact for auditors, managing timelines and resolving accounting matters.
• Lead month end, quarter end, and year end close processes, including financial statement review, consolidations, and key balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and provide financial insights to senior management.
• Partner with Investor Relations on investor reporting, including review of capital account statements, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and mentor junior team members while collaborating cross functionally to improve efficiency and reporting timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in public accounting or fund accounting within asset management, private equity, or alternative investments.
