Our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team is looking for talented individuals to provide business support, analytics, reporting, and forecasting to our dynamic and evolving business.

General DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-impact FP&A team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business performance by collaborating closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve financial outcomes across our final mile delivery network. Our ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years FP&A experience as well as advanced Excel modeling skills.
This role is based at our corporate headquarters in the Addison area.
- Use data and analysis to drive business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning for assigned regions
- Monthly business reviews, month‑end close support, variance analysis
- Real estate analysis and management of other fixed costs
- Special projects
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3‑5 years of strong finance experience including:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- P&L management and assessment of variances
- Developing and leveraging reports and dashboards to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Investment analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and all MS Office programs
- Experience with Qlik View/Qlik Sense desirable
- Able to lift 25 lbs in an office setting
