If you’re looking for an opportunity to work closely with treasury and accounting leadership and play a key role in managing daily cash operations, this position offers a hands‑on role in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You will be an essential contributor to the company’s cash management and accounting processes.
What you’ll do- Monitor daily cash activity and balances to ensure accurate liquidity management
- Initiate domestic and international ACH, wire, and check payments
- Execute wire transfers and other funding activities to balance the company’s daily cash position
- Process payment runs through the accounting system
- Manage vendor bank account update requests, including direct verification with vendors
- Process returned bank account items and coordinate resolution with internal departments
- Assist with reconciling cash and investment accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Perform complex transactions and research and resolve errors
- Coordinate and troubleshoot corporate credit card accounts, cards, and related issues
- Partner directly with the Treasury Manager on special projects and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field – Required
- Minimum of 2 years of prior cash management and/or accounting experience
- Experience using bank platforms and accounting systems (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a small‑to‑midsize company environment (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
- Work closely with treasury and accounting leadership on impactful initiatives

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is around $70,000 - $80,000 base salary
, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus revenue share based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
