What you’ll do- You’ll oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.
- You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and guiding clients on fund formation, structuring, transactions, and cross‑border tax matters.
- You’ll anticipate emerging tax issues, communicate their implications proactively, and design innovative strategies to optimize outcomes for funds, investors, and portfolio companies.
- You’ll manage complex technical reviews, resolving intricate tax returns and issues for partnerships and corporations in private equity and alternative investment sectors.
- You’ll collaborate with leadership, driving growth initiatives, expanding client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

- Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 (dependent on experience and location).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax, with a Master’s or JD preferred, and hold a CPA or equivalent credential.
- 12+ years of U.S. tax consulting and compliance experience, primarily in public accounting or a similar advisory environment, with deep expertise in alternative investments.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role, managing client relationships, high‑performing teams, and driving business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, enabling long‑term client relationships and delivery of strategic solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% depending on location.
