Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the branch team, sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
  • Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
  • Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting trust.

  • Forge relationships with local businesses and engage with the community.

Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and setting the tone in the branch.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees.
  • Expert at multitasking, organizing, and managing competing priorities.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment; strong decision‑making.
  • Experienced in managing risk and control environments with commitment to operational integrity.
  • Ability to influence, educate, and connect team members, partners, and clients with technology.
  • 2+ years of management in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirements
  • Successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before placement.
  • Travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.

This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other relevant data. A felony conviction within the last seven years is disqualifying. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd‑Frank requirements and National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
