You will provide vital support and guidance to our clients on a wide array of challenging turnaround and performance improvement engagements. The ideal candidate for the Manager, Restructuring & Turnaround is a results-oriented professional who can analyze company financial information, develop financial models and lead work streams within a turnaround or performance improvement engagement. This role requires a willingness to travel 80%+ and the ability to work with imperfect information in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Dallas, Texas
.

• Ability to develop a CR3 standard 13-week cash flow model and forecast cash
• Ability to develop a CR3 standard liquidation model and scenarios
• Understanding of GL structure: income statements and balance sheets and ability to forecast
• Understanding of standard costs/manufacturing variances
• Develop a Creditor Composition Matrix
• Excel skills with ability to build Excel models
• Develop fact-based conclusions based on sound business judgement
• 5-7 years of expertise in the turnaround field or industry middle management
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 80%
