Senior Finance & Restructuring Attorney (Senior/Of Counsel)
Our client with locations across the United States and in Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, provides an integrated, proactive approach to their clients’ legal and business needs around the globe.
They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance & Restructuring Attorney with 6+ years of corporate finance or restructuring experience to join the firm’s Dallas office. This is a senior-level opportunity to work across a sophisticated portfolio of finance, insolvency, and restructuring matters within a highly respected national practice.
The role offers the chance to contribute to a broad range of matters, including complex financial transactions
, bankruptcy-related engagements
, and corporate lending structures
, while collaborating with a dynamic team of attorneys across the firm.
- Advise clients on a variety of finance and restructuring matters.
- Work on bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings
, including related litigation or advisory work. - Handle corporate finance transactions, including:
- Cash-flow financings
- Sponsor-backed finance
- Unitranche and mezzanine transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and restructuring agreements.
- Provide guidance to lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, and investment groups.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex transactional and restructuring matters.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
. - Minimum 6 years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm.
- Active Texas Bar admission
. - Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-service capabilities.
- Top academic credentials.

Salary Range: Depending on depth of experience.
