We’re looking to fill a Retirement Plan Solution Data Analyst to support initiatives focused on growing retirement services. This role blends data analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication.
What you will do- Maintain and improve data through discrepancy reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve advisor-related escalations promptly and professionally.
- Provide program support, including onboarding of new advisors and record-keepers/vendors.
- Develop an understanding of agreement structures and processes to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Assist in data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with advisors, RK’s and other vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and address potential data issues, performing detailed research as needed to resolve issues or improve processes.
- Provide clear written communication documenting decisions and supporting rationale for program management.
- Provide feedback and contribute to improving the overall fiduciary program experience.
- Document decisions and provide supporting rationale for management.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the technology platform(s) used by the Retirement Plan Solutions (RPS) team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of financial services experience
- 3+ years of advanced Excel experience (x-lookup, macros, shortcut keys)
- Experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Experience with insurance and/or annuities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Series 65, 66, 7
- 3+ years of experience with direct business and/or advisory operations and customer service
- 3+ years of advanced Excel experience (v-lookup, shortcut keys)
- Natural curiosity about how things work and why, and how they fit together
- Strong organizational skills
The base annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may differ due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
