• Support the settlement process of primary loan syndications and secondary loan trades, including funding and documentation matters
• Interact with senior management, SS&C Globe Op clients, trading counter parties, agent banks, custodians, trustees and other SS&C Globe Op departments related to loan settlements
• Investigate and resolve closing and transactional issues in a timely manner
• Participate in the daily/weekly preparation and review of reports and metrics provided to clients and senior managers to highlight status of trades and risks
• Train and mentor junior staff

• Bachelor s degree in finance or related discipline
• 2+ years of financial services/securities industry managerial experience in operations and/or loan operations (working for a prime broker, administrator or hedge fund)
• Understanding of syndicated loans; including trade closings, LSTA market settlement conventions, Credit Agreements and their operational mechanics (funds flows, ticking fees, paydown, drawdowns) and their interrelationship with agent banks, trading counter parties, custodians and trustees
• Knowledge of Clear Par, WSO, and Advent Geneva (experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Solid client relationship management skills

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY:
Salary range for the position: 60,000 USD to 100,000 USD.
