  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and corporate credit cards.
Billing & Revenue Operations
  • Oversee advisory fee calculations and billing processes using Black Diamond.
  • Ensure consistency between billing, AUM reporting, and client contracts.
  • Collaborate with client service and operations teams to resolve billing exceptions or client inquiries.
Tax, Audit & Compliance Support
  • Liaise with external CPA firm for tax filings.
  • Support SEC exam and compliance requests related to financial records and capital requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for ownership changes, equity plans, and partner capital accounts.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you combine analytical precision with strong leadership and integrity. You bring a hands-on approach, technical depth, and the ability to communicate financial insights that drive informed decisions.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required.
  • 7–10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or controller capacity.
  • Prior experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), asset management, or family office environment preferred.
  • Strong systems acumen (Quick Books, , Black Diamond, Box, CRM).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and integrity.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a growth environment.
