Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support for a group of partners and/or managing directors (PMDs) serving as a trusted business advisor and single point of contact for management and coordination of all business support and engagement management; this includes leveraging and supervising offshore resources, collaborating with internal teams to efficiently manage opportunities, engagement setup, billing and collections, and engagement closeout, analyzing data, solving problems, handling communication and stakeholder interactions with discretion, and proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth operation of engagements and realize business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the PMDs' portfolio, conducting detailed data analysis (including reviewing open opportunities, outstanding bills, investment reports, and unanticipated hours or expenses charged to an engagement) to provide strategic recommendations that drive engagement success and optimize firm revenue.

  • Oversee the strategic set‑up and maintenance of engagement opportunities, tailoring processes to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements while executing KPMG's pricing strategy, developing pricing workbooks during engagement set‑up and making informed decisions to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Develop networks and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, leveraging connections to drive engagement success; this could include interacting directly with clients to request data, clarify information, deliver invoices, or address questions regarding payments or schedules.
  • Coordinate administrative support for PMDs, leveraging Executive Assistants and other internal teams onshore and offshore, including proactive management of PMD calendars based on business priorities, planning and coordination for client and internal meetings and events (agenda creation, meeting support materials, venue selection, catering arrangements, itineraries and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources, timely submission of expense reports and compliance with expense policies).
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent data analysis and web‑based research skills; effective time and project management skills to ensure the successful management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently address issues of moderate complexity; ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative, productive member of a project team.
