This is an entry-level position primarily responsible for processing invoices, including sorting, heavy lifting, and labeling of materials. The position also involves the preparation and submission of trading cards to third-party grading services, with responsibility for tracking submissions and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include assisting with the unpacking, tagging, and entry of property information into internal databases.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience.

LOCATION:

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately
• Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction
• Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of items

• Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures
• Ship orders immediately after auctions
• Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received
• Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues
• Other duties may be assigned

• EXPERIENCE:
  
  General knowledge of trading cards preferred, but not required

• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds daily
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
