Job Description
The Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance and resolving issues for customers in need of support. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with various departments to find solutions. The Support Specialist will primarily work from our office near SMU, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. They will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background, be detail‑oriented, and have excellent time‑management skills. The Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
