Compensation: $15.00/hr + Product Sales

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers, prepare the rental agreement, provide customers with maps and other information needed
• Offer optional products and services to the customer according to his/her needs
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards
• Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet
• Complete deliveries and pickups of vehicles to and from corporate accounts
• Maintain cleanliness in the office area
• Complete daily lists and report to the Manager
• May be required to cover Kiosk responsibilities as needed
• Company provided uniform to be worn at all times
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when entering a service area
• Must wear slip resistant footwear in service areas (when applicable)

What You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience is preferred
• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service
• Must have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
• Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in other languages (Portuguese, Russian, German or French) is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
