Windmills Craftworks | Total Environment Hospitality, The Colony, TX

At Windmills Craftworks, hospitality is not something that happens in the background. It lives on the floor. We are a chef-driven restaurant, craft brewery, and live music venue where food, energy, and experience come together. On any given night, you may be leading service for a full dining room, supporting a concert crowd, running an event, and creating memorable guest moments all at once.

We are looking for a high-energy hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads through presence, not position. This is not a desk role. This is for someone who loves being in the middle of the action.

The Role
  • You are the person who stabilizes the floor when things get busy.
  • You lead service flow, support your team in real time, and create an environment where guests feel cared for and staff feel confident.
  • You understand that great service is equal parts organization, energy, and emotional intelligence.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead service from the floor with strong visibility and calm confidence
  • Build genuine relationships with guests and regulars
  • Jump into service when needed and support the team in real time
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and composure
  • Maintain the energy and rhythm of service during peak periods
Events & Live Experience Operations
  • Lead execution of private events from setup through guest departure
  • Coordinate service flow alongside live music and entertainment schedules
  • Support box office and seating logistics during concerts and special events
  • Ensure guests move seamlessly between dining and entertainment experiences
  • Coach team members during service to elevate performance
  • Help develop strong shift leaders and future managers
  • Set clear expectations while maintaining a positive and professional culture
Who You Are
  • You are comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • You lead from the floor, not from the office
  • You naturally connect with guests and inspire confidence in teams
  • You know how to balance warmth with clear accountability
  • You enjoy restaurants, live experiences, and the rhythm of service

Experience in upscale casual restaurants, live venues, entertainment-driven concepts, or high-volume hospitality environments is highly valued.

  • Salary: $45,000 – $58,000 (based on experience)
