We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Staff to support on-site logistics, event coordination, and guest services at company events in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event operations, customer engagement, and cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
• Support guest check-in, registration, and attendee assistance
• Help manage event materials, equipment, and displays
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, vendors, and staff
• Coordinate with event leads and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain organized and safe event spaces
• Track event supplies and provide updates on inventory or needs

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting light to moderate equipment (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
