Your Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, package and ship orders via UPS, Fed Ex and LTL carriers in compliance with company policies.
- Receive incoming stock orders and maintain a clean, organized parts room.
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, via email and text to identify and fulfill parts needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes using Palfinger's ERP system, price lists, vendor websites and external contacts.
- Create customer orders, purchase orders, approve invoices and process payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and submit requisitions for low-stock components. Partner with production and service teams to identify and supply required parts.
- Read and interpret parts, wiring and technical manuals to support customer inquiries and internal operations.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
- 3 years of parts experience in the automotive or related industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with a customer focused mindset. Maintain a positive attitude making customer service a priority.
- Willingness to develop product knowledge across Palfinger's equipment lines including, but not limited to, knuckle boom cranes, wallboard cranes, EPSILON timber cranes, truck mounted forklifts, heavy machinery accessories and add-ons.
- Must be able to team lift 100-150 lbs. Must be able sit, stand, squat, crouch and reach for extended periods of time.
