The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, works hard and stays focused to deliver positive outcomes and will have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, managing multiple tasks, and taking initiative to identify and fill service gaps.

Located in Dallas, Texas, our company is involved in many levels of producing and selling computer mounting equipment and ergonomic accessories to a variety of customers. Our products improve the interface between people and their technology. Virtually every project we complete and every product we sell is designed to make people's work lives more comfortable, healthier and productive.

This position includes ongoing phone and email interactions with customers, and requires the employee to develop an expert knowledge of the Company’s product line. We recognize the complexities of our devices and will provide training to a positive and enthusiastic learner. Training will include hands‑on work in our assembly department and cross‑training in the areas of production, quality control, troubleshooting and the installation of finished goods in our offices and showroom.
