We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our vibrant team in delivering unforgettable experiences at various events. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, setup, execution, and wrap-up of events ranging from corporate gatherings and trade shows to weddings and community festivals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture arrangement and sound system installation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with event coordinators and fellow staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor event activities and ensure that everything runs according to schedule and plan.
  • Manage registration tables and check-in processes for attendees to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
  • Support vendors and suppliers by coordinating deliveries, setup, and breakdown times during events.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the respective location.
  • Previous experience in event support or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from event leaders and coordinators.
