We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for upcoming events across various locations. As an integral part of our event operations, you will play a vital гар role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will range from setting up and breaking down event equipment to providing exceptional customer service to attendees.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown including staging, seating, and equipment management.
• Guide attendees to their designated areas and provide information about the event schedule.
• Manage registration and check‑in processes, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
• Coordinate with vendors and exhibitors to facilitate their setup and needs during the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in event staffing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal qan skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
