Park Team Member

Job Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

• Attend customers quickly, greeting them and making them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operate the check‑in process (guest sign‑up, liability waiver, iPad input).
• Operate the front cash counter, manage cash flow & take payments; provide exact change.
• Process billing transactions accurately by verifying amounts in the POS.
• Organize refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, ice cream.
• Check snack inventory, communicate with management for replenishment.
• Walk the floor regularly to monitor safety hazards and guest compliance.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground).
• Assist and participate in family events to ensure efficient operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements.
• Good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments (children yelling, music).
• Tolerate hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

• Work weekends and holidays.

• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
