The Restaurant Checker role is a key contact point that ensures an excellent guest experience through friendly customer service, sales generation, store housekeeping, cash register operations (POS), and accurate cash handling.

• Provide enthusiastic and friendly customer service to each guest.
• Generate sales and perform casino operations (POS) and accurate cash handling.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Must have a Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
