We are seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to support the setup, coordination, and execution of company events and operational activities at our Dallas location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and assisting with event logistics in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
• Support logistical operations, including transporting materials and organizing event spaces.
• Help ensure events run smoothly by following schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Provide general support to event coordinators and operations staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment before, during, and after events.
• Assist with inventory tracking, equipment handling, and basic documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules when required.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials.
