Kids Empire seeks a dedicated Park Team Member to serve as the initial contact for guests. The role focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment throughout the park.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests promptly, creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Execute the check‑in process: collect guest waiver, personal details, and payment using an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter: handle cash and card transactions, provide accurate change, and record daily totals.
• Process billing accurately and verify amounts on the POS.
• Maintain snack and beverage inventory: organize the refrigerator, check stock, and coordinate replenishment with management.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety, enforce park rules, and address any hazards.
• Clean restrooms and park structures (tables, chairs, playground).
• Assist in family events and support efficient event operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist continually.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements; good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments with children and music.
• Handle a hectic, busy schedule during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Work weekends and holidays.

• Capable of working independently.
