What You’ll Do As a Host at our Batbox venue, you’ll be the first friendly face guests encounter. From the second guests walk through the door, you set the vibe - welcoming them with a smile, managing seating with ease, and making sure everyone’s pumped to swing, sip, and stay a while. You’ll be the go-to expert on what’s happening in the venue, helping guests make the most of their visit from start to finish.

Here are some of your job duties:

Greet every guest like a VIP and keep things running smoothly by managing seating and waitlists with confidence

Know the menu, the simulators, and the specials so you can answer questions and share the excitement

Be a team player and a positive force on every shift. Whether helping servers, answering questions, or jumping in where needed, you help the whole team shine

Stay sharp by completing training, embracing new tools and systems, and staying in the know on promotions and procedures

Some front-of-house experience is great - but a positive attitude, great communication, and a team-first mindset are what matter most

What to Expect This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue

Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs

Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common

Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift

Read and write handwritten notes
