A well-established civil engineering/land development consulting firm is hiring a Project Engineer (EIT) to support and lead technical delivery across a diverse portfolio—residential, industrial, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, education, and recreational projects.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both design and coordination: you’ll own meaningful technical work, support permitting/entitlements, help keep projects on schedule/budget, and mentor junior staff as you grow.

• Produce civil/site design deliverables: conceptual layouts, grading, utilities, roadway elements, stormwater/drainage, detention, and erosion control
• Support permitting and entitlements (applications, responses, agency coordination)
• Prepare engineering calculations
  , feasibility studies, and master planning support
• Develop Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost (EOPC) and assist with specifications
• Help drive plan production through final construction documents and provide construction-phase support
• Coordinate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
• Assist with proposals and participate in client-facing / business development activities
• Support project controls: schedules, budgets, billing, and A/R coordination
• Mentor/delegate task components to Staff Engineers

• BS in Civil Engineering (accredited)
• EIT required (FE passed)
• 3+ years relevant land development/site civil experience
• Strong working knowledge of local development codes (public + private)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office (Unanet a plus)
• Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills
