The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering function across the U.S. region, ensuring excellence in technical delivery, team development, and process standardization. Working closely with Regional Operations and Commercial leadership, this individual will align engineering execution with project, financial, and strategic objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and expand regional engineering teams to support current and future project demands
- Drive technical excellence and ensure project execution aligns with established engineering standards and best practices
- Standardize engineering processes, documentation, and quality controls across the regional portfolio
- Partner with Regional Operations and Commercial Directors to coordinate engineering support throughout the full project lifecycle
- Support tender activities by reviewing technical scope, validating resource plans, and clarifying engineering requirements
- Represent the engineering function in client meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagements
- Strategically allocate engineering resources to meet delivery schedules while supporting team wellbeing and performance
- Lead regional recruitment initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR
- Develop talent pipelines through university partnerships and engagement with accredited institutions
- Promote continuous professional development through mentoring, training programs, and structured growth plans
- Champion a safety-first culture across all engineering activities
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical workshops, and collaboration across regional and global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree or Chartered status preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in high-voltage, EPC, or utility engineering environments
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership, management, or regional oversight role
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle within complex infrastructure settings
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
