As Director, CSA Design, you will:

• Lead CSA design strategy and execution across multiple hyperscale developments in Europe and North America
• Act as the senior CSA authority on site, driving consultants and contractors to achieve quality, programme, safety, and cost objectives
• Shape and enforce company-wide CSA design standards across a growing international portfolio
• Chair design reviews and technical workshops, ensuring alignment between programme standards and project delivery
• Review submittals, RFIs, and consultant reports, proactively resolving technical and compliance challenges
• Represent the business at Owner–Architect–Contractor (OAC) meetings as the CSA subject matter expert
• Ensure all CSA installations align with design intent, operational requirements, and long-term asset performance
• Support commissioning, system testing, and handover, conducting root cause analysis and embedding lessons learned into future builds
• Serve as the critical interface between Development, Construction, Operations, and Commissioning teams

You will bring:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, backed by a track record delivering complex, ground-up projects
• Significant experience leading CSA scope within large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
• A practical understanding of how to translate design intent into efficient, high-quality site delivery
• The confidence to challenge external consultants and contractors while maintaining programme alignment
• A hands-on approach to resolving technical issues in the field and driving compliance with standards
• Familiarity with digital construction and coordination platforms used across major capital programmes
• The ability to manage multiple fast-track developments simultaneously without compromising detail or quality
• Strong commercial judgement and the presence to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
