We are seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer - CF to join our team in Dallas, TX
.
As a Supervising Engineer, you will represent the Firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. You will supervise, coordinate, and assign projects to be performed by the team.

Mission Critical, Science + Technology, Healthcare, and Project Management experience is a plus.
Salary range: $108,135 - $189,237 USD (actual pay determined by experience, skillset, and location).
Job Responsibilities- Be the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings.
- Supervise staff, participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
- Provide periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations.
- Coordinate and assign projects to the engineering team (e.g., system design and project engineering).
- Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects.
- Lead and supervise staff in task execution; manage construction administrative duties (field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda).
- Coordinate with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
- Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners.
- Participate in the firmwide Expert Teams committee and budgeting/scheduling activities.
- Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, including add service agreements.
- Supervise and lead coordination meetings and analyze/build reports of system options and building conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 12+ years of experience in a consulting environment (senior level) with a background in MEP Engineering.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience (required).
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
- Current PE registration and Healthcare design experience. Experience with Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation projects is a plus.
