Job Qualifications

Five years of experience in design and construction of major commercial building types and one of the following certifications:

  • PE - Professional Engineer
  • RA - Registered Architect
  • AICP - American Institute of Certified Planners

Or

Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering and three years of experience in design and construction of major commercial building types.

Salary Minimum

$72,064.00

Major Duties
  • Coordinate between internal business units, contracting officers, military installation command and engineering, A/E, and construction contractors during design and construction phases of project.
  • Ensure project design and construction documents are completed timely and within established standards to facilitate project completion and close-out.
  • Ensure all regulations, processes, and procedures are followed. Utilize design software for project design.
  • Determine overall project budget and complete required construction documents.
  • Monitor all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports.
  • Monitor task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate and provide oversight for ordering and installation of Exchange furnished equipment and fixtures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
