First Point Group is seeking an experienced IMS/Core Engineer with strong expertise in Nokia SDM tools to support a major telecom project in Dallas, TX. This role involves working on critical core network elements to ensure seamless service delivery and network performance.

• ✔ Configure, integrate, and maintain IMS and Core network elements.
• ✔ Manage and optimize Subscriber Data Management (SDM) using Nokia tools.
• ✔ Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IMS/Core-related issues.
• ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations.
• ✔ Support software upgrades, patches, and system migrations.
• ✔ Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• ✔ 5+ years of experience in IMS and Core network engineering.
• ✔ Hands‑on experience with Nokia SDM tools.
• ✔ Strong understanding of VoLTE, Vo Wi Fi , and IP Multimedia Subsystem architecture.
• ✔ Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• ✔ Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• ✔ Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder (work authorization required).

• ✔ Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Open Stack).
• ✔ Familiarity with automation and scripting for network operations.
• ✔ Knowledge of 5G Core architecture and protocols.
