We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM/VDC Engineer to support commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role drives 3D modeling, clash detection, and trade coordination to ensure seamless field execution and prefabrication accuracy.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and coordinate Revit models for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Perform clash detection (Navisworks) and lead coordination meetings
- Produce shop drawings and fabrication‑ready details
- Partner with PMs, supers, and trade partners to resolve conflicts early
- Support prefabrication planning and installation sequencing
- 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience with a mechanical contractor
- Commercial project background
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of HVAC and piping systems
