Water Resources Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Employee-owned engineering firm currently ranked in the Top 100 of ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms
. Looking for a Water Resources Project Manager to lead Hydrology and Hydraulics (H&H) initiatives across the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

You'll lead complex engineering projects for federal, state, and municipal agencies. You won't just be managing tasks; you’ll be a key collaborator in a multi-disciplinary team, driving marketing efforts, managing subconsultants, and maintaining high-level client relationships.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for a diverse portfolio of municipal and water projects.
• Project Management: Drive project schedules, oversee plan production, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and jurisdictions, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
• Mentorship: Lead and collaborate with junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in civil engineering consulting/design, with at least 2 years in Project Management.
• Proficiency in HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS

• Strong background in GIS applications for H&H modeling.
  
  Experience with
  2D hydraulic modeling is highly preferred.
