Mechanical Project Manager

We are hiring a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical scopes on mission critical data center projects. This role is built for a mechanical PM who can own schedule, budget, procurement, and field execution while supporting commissioning readiness and phased turnover. Strong site presence and regional travel are required.

• Own mechanical scope delivery from kickoff through closeout across active data center projects
• Drive budget performance through cost to complete tracking, forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate long lead procurement, submittals, vendor management, and materials planning
• Lead subcontractor management and field coordination to hit schedule milestones
• Partner with electrical, controls, and commissioning teams to ensure mechanical readiness for turnover
• Support functional testing preparation and turnover documentation for mechanical systems
• Maintain clean documentation including correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking

• 5 plus years of PM experience with a mechanical contractor, HVAC contractor, or MEP firm
• Direct data center experience required including hyperscale, colo, or BTS builds and expansions
• Mechanical systems knowledge including chilled water, CRAH and CRAC, air distribution, pumps, hydronic piping, cooling towers, heat rejection, and equipment start up support
• Experience supporting commissioning readiness, integrated testing preparation, and phased turnover
• Strong subcontractor and vendor management including long lead equipment coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling tools
• Experience with Procore preferred
