Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for an Independent Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Electronics Manufacturing/EMS. The role requires managing technical sales processes, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include delivering technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with design and production teams to align solutions with client specifications. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be central to driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate technical and business data effectively
  • Proficiency in Communication to build strong client relationships and deliver presentations
  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting technical challenges across EMS or electronics manufacturing
  • Effective Research skills to understand market trends, client requirements, and product development opportunities
  • Proven experience in sales roles within an engineering or manufacturing setting is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with PCB assembly technologies, battery solutions, or related fields is a plus
